Panel #1 – NSF at CogSIMA

Title: Funding opportunities in NSF’s program in Mind, Machine and Motor Nexus (and others)

Abstract: This talk will review NSF’s Mind, Machine and Motor Nexus (M3X) program: its scope, current and expanding areas of supporting research, and suggestions for developing competitive proposals. Also mentioned will be related NSF programs, as well as suggestions for interacting with NSF personnel. The presenter is David Mendonça, who currently co-leads the M3X program and helped establish it in 2017. Dr. Mendonça will also be available for brief one-on-one meetings during the conference.
